Good stay, with some improvements can be a go to option in a remote place like pangot. If you are looking for budget friendly option this is the place.

I had a great experience in the resort. The staff was very welcoming. Every one was very helpful and friendly. All the staff made our stay wonderful. Fooding, housekeeping and rooms every thing was excellent. We will be looking forward to stay there again.

Although its not in the option of what I like about this hotel, but I'm giving it full stars just because of the hotel staff, they are gentle and helpful. I had my dog with me and they did everything for him. Location is really nice. The only thing they should focus on, improving the room in fanciness and little more in the room.

Never had time in a place where nature's so close to you. If you want a real soothing, relaxing and peace. Go for it. Only distance is a little bit longer. Staff is very helpful, after seeing the hill view you will forget the tiredness, will rejuvenate.

Good stay, good views. Accessibility is difficult as you have to walk on a steep slope to reach the hotel. No parking available in premises. Views are incredible from the room. Staff are helpful and cooperative.

There is no TV in the room, food price is too much high for the resort. Solar water heater not working. Room toilet flush some times blocking.

An average sort of experience

The hotel is situated at decent location with a valley view in front. Rooms are average and so is the services. You get everything you want but don't expect it immediately. They take long time to serve. Hot water has been another issue since, solar heaters do not work in monsoon season, so that was done manually only on request. Overall, an average sort of experience. Can work towards making it better.

Peaceful place to stay

Pangot is 15 km from Nainital. It is peaceful place. Rather than opting for the hotel, I would suggest to opt for this lodge. I would suggest them to install new LCD as the currently installed one is the old one. I would visit this place again, if I visit Pangot.
