overall good room, but ac not working properly, door locks including bathroom door was not working. but rooms were very clean . only an average rating. oops i don't take any photo

When we book our room it says hot water 24x7 but when we called at help desk they said its not working for 3-4 days. If it so authorities has to mention while booking its like hiding also always calling room for payment screens-hot for booking, calling early morning when will we check out its so irritating this. If need that kind of details please do when we check in.
