Given checkout was by 12 pm, they asked us to check out by 11 am, that was ridiculous . Breakfast is average, no sasauge available. Room is very good

It was good experience, enjoyed a lot . Nice staff and clean room and great pool . But parking is not there . Dats the only bad mark . Rest all is fine . Room is not so spacious . Hot water was not there . But good bathroom

I stayed at Jasmine palace for two nights, 21-22nd Feb 2018. The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. The hotel building is very big and well maintained. The room is well furnished and air conditioned. Hotel offered many facilities like swimming pool, library, and good room service. The restaurant and food was also good. Its location was awesome as it was at 2min walking distance from Hawa Beach, Light House Beach in Kovalam. I would recommend it to couples, families, solo travellers or people in groups.

Hotel location is good, breakfast was good, value for money hotel. Swimming pool is nice. Beach is just 100 meter from hotel. Hotel is providing all facilities as per as 3 star hotel should be provide.

I stayed for a day only but my stay was very comfortable. Hotel staff was very cooperative and well behaved. It was raining heavily and we had to take our breakfast in dining hall on first floor of the hotel. There was no inter connecting passage and one had to go through open space facing rain so we could not reach in dining hall. I expressed my problem to hotel staff they immediately sent a person with umbrella and we reached in dining hall.

It's been a good decision option got this property... Highlights super close to the beach... Close to some good food joints, light house and has its own pool for kids to splash around. Biggest highlight was the courteous staff who guided us on all our queries- Poovar, massage center, early dinner help as was with a toddler. Food from restaurant was perfect.. Breakfast can be better rest was spot on.. Donald who was in charge of hotel was really good and helpful.

Jasmine palace staff members are very courteous and warm welcome and helpful. Rooms are very spacious, clean. Complimentary water bottle and breakfast was provided. Food is not so good for vegetarians. Otherwise everything including pool and services are good.

We stayed for 2 nights... Clean spacious rooms with balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Satisfactory from Administration point of view, cleanliness and location. This is very closed to beach place. All the expected facilities are available. 3 beaches namely hawa beach, light house beach & samudra beach are all near to the hotel... Within 200m range. Complimentary water bottle given First day. Second day, they have charged the water bottle. Room service was prompt. Nice healthy complimentary breakfast which need to slightly improve. Great time spent... Would visit again definitely!

Jasmine Palace Hotel is very Good & location od same is very near to Sea. Those who wants to enjoy Sea locations should visit at this place. It is easily accessible & also have very good food. All my family members enjoyed one day stay at this Hotel & in future also visit at same place

It is always pleasure to come back to this hotel. We had a very good experience at the hotel. Neat Spacious rooms and good facilities Services is quick & Best Place to hangout with family and friend. Swimming pool is available. Nice view and location food quality is good.

Ahh .. In one word the hotel is very near to beach. Staff are very decent and helpful and always ready to help with smile. At this budget food served is tasty and quantiy is enough. Very professional behavior of management. Clean, hygenic, affordable and overall this is an excellent hotel and surely will be my preferred one for future in Kovalam

The hotel is so clean !!! The reception guys are nice! The pool is very nice. The breakfast is delicious! We like the hotel so much and when we come to Kovalam again we book a room in this hotel for sure! We were two couples and we had so much fun

Good location near to Kovalam Beach, Value for money hotel, they have swimming pool, very near to restaurant and shopping area. Spacious room, Good Staff, nice food. Veg Punjabi Restaurant also very near. Hotel have also veg -non-veg option available. Fish lover can go to Kovalam beach so many restaurant available near to Jasmine Palace Hotel.

Its a nice hotel, but swimming pool was under construction, since I booked considering this atleast they should mention that. Overall stay was good and staff was cooperative. Its near to beach so all the restaurants are near by and lots of options for fooding.

Good location and value for money. However, little bit expensive. Breakfast super. Rooms are clean and pool side view. The receptionist is a lady who welcomes the guests pleasantly. Overall, our stays are very pleasant and we are families taken three superior rooms and we recommend this property.
