Property is old. The room / hotel & food was not at all as per the tariff paid.

Excellent room and services. Wholesome breakfast. One of the better hotels in Akola.

Hotel is very close to railway station.Rooms are spacious but cleanliness needs to be improved.Bedsheets were not changed.Could see and feel dirt in room.Breakfast is good

The ambiance was good, Employee was supportive, but Food was below average. What we paid was premium for city like Akola, But food was not the best. Tv remote was not working properly and Bath towel need to be clean. Overall hotel was average but Can be good option for overnight stay and their employee is the best.

The floor was dirty, the bathroom was not clean and too small. smells in the room. not to go next time.

Overall experience was good. The food quality was decent. The staff members especially from the restaurant were excellent, very cordial and cooperative. Suggestion for improvement: change the bed sheets and replace towels on time.

Disappointing stay at jasnagara hotel. Rooms weren't cleaned properly, ac didn't work due to frequent power outages, and electricity backup was unreliable. However, food was good. Needs improvement in maintenance and services.

Property - looks can be deceiving. What you see in photos is not the property than you will stay at. Old property and very poorly maintained. Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, found dust everywhere including telephones that you would not want to touch any. Rooms are small and smelly as smoking is permitted. Found bed linen with holes due to cigarette ashes. Bathrooms are small, dingy, smelly and leaky. Fitting was rusted. Wifi - your phone network will be much faster than the wifi of the hotel. Lift - old lift with poor maintenance and stains everywhere. Food - food was good but highly overpriced. Restaurant small and not well maintained. Buffet with poor spread.

The washroom was not good with no ventilation the bed sheet and pillow cover was not clean free water provided was unbranded and bottle was open already

We took a package which included a free breakfast. As we arrived early on day 1 of our stay, we took breakfast on that day. On day 2 also, we had breakfast. When checking out they charged us rs. 750- for the one extra breakfast that we had. I am complaining because on the very next day when we had breakfast in the royal palace at jalgaon (which, by the way, is a much better hotel than jasnagra) we were charged only rs. 350- for breakfast.

the cleanliness of the linen and maintenance of a/c was bad. the floor was sticky and sofa was stained.. pathetic is one word.

Hotel loctaion was good, room was clean hand have everything, parking was on road, they have their own restaurants service which was very slow.
