A neat, properly maintained hotel. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms nice. Morning complimentary food, packed and served at room itself. Spacious car parking.

The hotel is expensive, highly priced, the rate per night does not commensurate with the services and amenities it provides

Reception performance is bad. No body available on counter feet very ignore.

Staff was very rude. Service was terrible. Rooms were smelling. No one was coming for service even after calling multiple times. Breakfast also they were not giving even if it's complimentary. Staff were behaving very rudely to us. We had talked to the manager at the reception at the time of booking to keep an eye and he assured that service will be good. But the service was so bad that this manager and the rest of the room service staff should be fired. Never recommending this hotel to anyone only because of the rude behaviour of the staff. Some extra people were visiting us and the staff did not even let them sit in the rooms saying that extra people cannot come to visit. This is the worst experience ever in a hotel for me.
