We are from gujrat and this is our second winter at sanctuary on company behalf as incentives. We love the place. Management and staff are wonderful. Owners are very young as of a few months ago starting many upgrades. We're anxious to see the results. We will most definitely be coming back. Read less

I became a part of the group who were visiting jawai to spotting big cats. We stayed here for three weeks. We enjoyed being across from the pool as it was quite entertaining. Everyone was friendly. The laundry area was excellent with dozens of machines. So there was always one available. There was a large open community area with tables too which had puzzles to work, books to share, bathrooms. The campers had many scheduled activities going whole day such as corn hole competitions, pot luck dinners and group pool times. I did not participate in any of these activities but i did think it was great for those who had extended stays. We had a great time we would definitely come back.

The property can arrange for safari bookings and the owner is very helpful. Overall, it is a good value for money property with a peaceful and safe environment.

Best resort in jawai area

The resort is having 8 luxury villa and luxury camp and we had booked all. The property is located at very convenient location. Quality of rooms are quite satisfactory, toiletries are enough, towels/bed sheets are clean. Amenities : have hair dryer, iron on demand, hot water kettle and enough quantity of high quality of tea bags/coffee are provided. I need lime slice with tea they immediately provided the same. On single phone call room service was available however it is limited. Good thing is that the hot water is available both in bathroom and washbasin 24 hours. Food and breakfast: for first two days we had restaurant breakfast and lunch dinner. It has very nice quality food and it seems that we are eating delicious food at home with fresh organic green vegetable. Spread was quite good and chef obliged with choice of food and spread was quite good. Breakfast spread was also good with continental and indian (south indian/gujarati/punjabi) options. Juices, tea /coffee and several other options was available. Ambience : pure jungle ambience, greenery in resort area is good, over all stay was pleasant, there is a big swimming pool and also has rain dance arena which was enjoyed by almost every guest in-spite of cold weather. Staff: staff was helpful and prompt to give response. Wifi : wifi is available across the resort, they provide you the access coupon for every device you have. Speed is reasonable good, video streaming are done without any problem. Access: this resort has nearest airport is udaipur and train station is falna and transportation are readily available from both places. Even resort can call on call taxis etc. They organized jungle jeep safaris for all of us to take us around and we could see leopards with short distance. Overall experience was good. This resort is recommended for two to three days of family or group vacations. I am sure it will give a quality time. Date of stay: february 2024 trip type: travel-led with family

We were randomly searching hotels in jawai and found it. We chose it because they offer tent and cottage both, swimming pool and restaurant. We thought that if we did not like tent, then we would occupy cottages. The tents and cottages are so tastefully designed and very well maintained, we got confused about what to choose now, and we finally went with tents. All staff members are so gentle. They are so attentive towards customers. They took us on jeep safari, which is memorable to all of us. All the best, guys. I recommend this property to everyone visiting jawai.

This resort is a very beautiful and well maintained ambiance. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. The food is good and the staff is extremely warm and helpful. Our overall experience was nice. Very courtesan. Food is also amazing. Swimming is clean. Special mention to owners. They are very attentive and look after the customer queries for customer satisfaction.

We chose this property after a little gap of our honeymoon trip at another destination. We thought we should have chosen it. During check-in, they somehow come to know that we have newly married couple, they decorated a room with rose petals like branded hotels do. The resort is newly started by young men. It has a great location, delicious and freshly made food, very courteous, friendly staff and offers good hospitality. They organize adventurous jeep safari with sure leopard citing. Owners take the initiative to reach out to every guest and take feedback.

Well trained personnel and naturalists pamper you with a level of personalized service not seen anywhere else ( making each moment of your stay memorable. While it matches some of the best safari in terms of experience, it surpasses them on each of the service parameters by a mile. They take you to sanctuary and village tours with the best possible routes. Staying at jawai empire resort is an experience of a lifetime in itself. One must stay here as it has locational advantages like it is near to the waterbody, sanctuary, and points where leopard spotting is seen quite often. The property is beautifully well maintained, and the staff is exceptionally good. The service was up to the mark, and food was made of organic green vegetables grown up near farms. It's a different experience, which was never thought of.
