My booking was home stay
Room was good for booking for price but no tea/breakfast facilities. Check out time is very earlier 8:00 am, that is very discouraging.

My home stay
It must be free kitchen facility and dinning table. Also have sitting arrangements in room.

Thank you for your suggestion. But, in case of free kitchen facility, room rate will in the higher Side. There are so many guests do not require kitchen. In those cases higher rates will be burden. However, you are most welcome to our Homestay at your next Puri visit. Thanks.
Safe and easy assessable to Beach and Puri temple

Hotel is good but location is not good. Not near of beach and not near of temple, middle of both. Hotel is very good but no room service, all are self service

Amazing stay
The property location was good. The property was clean, It was a secure and safe. The room was great and comfortable. It was value for money. The facilities were sufficient.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, the hotel owner was very irritate and very important points is that the hotel was not provide us the GST included bill.

Acknowledged the comments & rating with pleasure. Guest has enjoyed all the facilities provided by the Guest House. But, it is not possible to issue GST bills as it is not applicable for the particular guest paying room rate below. It was the causes of irritation by the Guest.
Homely home
Very nice, well maintained as well as neat and clean hotel. I prefer family tourists to accommodate here at least once to See the owner's hospitality, helpful attitude and decent manner. Interior designing of the home is too much fantastic. The person concerned lonely maintained all the things with a smile on face.

Very average and not suitable for tourists
soloPros: only if you are a vegetarian. Cons: Door closes at 10 pm sharp this is a big inconvenience hotel is not provide me all the facilities as described in the booking like kitchenette etc, furthermore while other hotels in Puri are returning a part GST amount as it has been decreased. This hotel simply kept quiet. So, overall a not so reliable hotel even from a financial perspective. So, overall extremely mediocre homestay. There are far better options available even near the beach at the same price.

Excellent stay
The stay was an excellent one. There were a few problems like finding the location. Location is very far from the main street, somewhere on unknown location local people were not able to recognize the location. The property is just like one room. I would recommend this property only for couples, not for Solo people.

Not recommended.
Hotel room is ok. The behavior of the caretaker is very bad, too far from beach, the area is also not good, it is situated in bad area. The various services which are free as we booked from MMT but the caretakers not give this free services.

Thank you for your rating and comments on us. Firstly, it is noted that it is a home stay not a regular hotel. But, the authority keep maintain all the criteria very sincerely. There was no sequence to behave badly by caretaker during the staying period. Over this, late check out is allowed on request. The guest house is near municipality office, hospital etc. And it is encircled by green area. Other guests like this parameters and accordingly they comment on the guest house for home stay. All the services as per conditions are provided to the guests. Perhaps guests are asking for free laundry service which is not as per condition. Once again, thanks for the comments.
Hotel location is so funny

Terrible Stay
It is 3 BHK apartment not a hotel. Narrow road. No towel in room only one chair and most importantly no attached balcony or bathroom. You will get any one of it. Yearly I go for four trip but this stay was worst. No caretaker, no food only room. The owner does not even ask for tea. No privacy at all.
