Hotel location is in prime area and easy to locate. The ambience is good. The rooms are spacious and arranged with good interiors and electrical fittings. Bath room is neat and provided with all necessary as like soap, shampoo, towels, hairdryer and coffee kettle. The front desk staff, room service staff and restaurant staff are very polite and courteous. They responded quickly when contacted. The restaurant is good and clean. The veg and non veg foods are good. The rates in the restaurant are reasonable. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are good.

Average ambiance, clean and well maintain rooms with all the basic facilities. Staffs are well behaved. Restaurant is a jewel for the Jaya Residency. Food quality and taste are very good. Negatives: If you book and pay via make my trip the Jaya Residency doesn't give invoice. Room service food delivery hygiene in supply needs significant improvement. Housekeeping service has time restrictions in accepting laundry. No fridge, no soft drinks or snack items kept in room. Only Split Ac. Not that good in my room but manageable.

Very nice stay, good service great surroundings. But one thing. For a double room 2 persons should b allowed without charging extra.
Very good stay. Very nice hospitality. Clean neat and superb. But one thing. When I take a double room two adults should b allowed without charging extra. But even for a second person they are charging 500 or so extra. What is it they are providing extra for charging g extra money? I didn't find logic in it.

The Jaya Residency is old style. Pillows are too thick. AC is good. Room is medium size There is no study chair to work on laptop. Water in bathroom wash basin is hard water type. Bathroom fittings are simple and old world type. Breakfast is superb. Fresh and yummy. Night receptionist was slow and sleepy (I came at 0015hrs). Morning receptionists were fast and good.

It's good Jaya Residency to stay, good receiving, good service, good food, less cost value, it is with in the city and everything is near, the premises are very clean and the Jaya Residency should keep the toilet accessories to customer use. The overall experience is this Jaya Residency is average. No mineral water in rooms. Bath towels are soiled and dirty. Lift is not functional, and we had to climb steps for 5 floors. Rooms are average. Only plus point is good quality food in restaurant. However, toilet in restaurant was also stinky.

Nice Jaya Residency with excellent staff service. Prompt room service by the staff. Location is very good. Whenever I go in Kakinada I always prefer to stay in this Jaya Residency. Food is bit costly. Overall it is value of money. Nice stay. I recommend to stay for those seeking value for money.
