Wow. Great stay for this price, really just stay a decent dormentary in the price around 200 in madurai really can't believe total 10 beds i think so, very cheap place for a better stay really enjoyed a good stay thank you make my trip and jay a residency will refer to all my sol mates and colleagues

Safe place good to stay good maintained rooms safe for things and we'll cleaned maintenance rooms location was awesome! cottages were average and cleanliness to be improved! menu. Hospitality was good!

Had a stay with my 15 members family very good and economy home made food given-was excellent easy convenience to meenakshi amman temple and railway station all my family members are happy thank you jay a residency.

We rented this place just to freshen up and store our luggage. The rooms has clean beds but we really did not like the smell and dirty walls. The bathroom was neat enough and it is worth for the price. I would not suggest if you guys want to sleep in or you are going with family.

Location wise the property is comfortable for our short stay for pilgrimage travel. Not provided two rooms with attached bath.

This is a home stay with no staff and complete hotel service. Bedsheets are used and not hygienic, suitable for economy bachelor stay, couple and hygienic people think if you can adjust with a public place, where people come and go frequently and there no regular maintenance to clean up the guests bad

Not to safe for stay with family. Rooms located in third floor and steps are not cleaned and occupy with unwanted wooded scraps. Security personnel and receptionist are not available. Cctv camera not fitted. Dangerous and own risk for staying this home. I am difficulty to find this location and name board also not fitted. I am asking to near shop as aname of jeya home resident. Local personal also don't know abourlt this home residenot. Totally waste my rupees. Immediately i am change my staying location.

It's not a room it's a poultry farm, the condition of room is very poor and unhygienic and not suitable for family staying, bathroom also in bad condition. The room is full of dust beds & bedsheets are not properly clean. There is a huge difference between existing room condition . Very bad experience, just worst. Waste our money.

Worst room / homestay in every way possible, very dirty room, switchboards were not working, toilet was leaking, and whole room was smelling, can't even stay in that room for 1 minute, had to book another, dont waste your money

We're so sad about that room which we booked they won't help us in our bad situation and their bathroom and room which they provide is full of dust and they won't give respect to us. Please hereafter don't show their for others. Waste of cot.
