We are a group of 4 families who stayed in Jaypee greens noida to celebrate birthday. However, we did not have a pleasant experience. Since we checked-in the property, we were constantly bothered by the hotel staff about check out. First - we were asked at the time of checkin itself that we should checkout by 12:30-1pm. Then on the morning of the checkout day, in the middle of our breakfast, we were asked to come and have a conversation about checkout. After having a conversation at the reception, we were told to check out at 1pm and one room by 12:30pm. Then again we got two calls at 11am and 11:05am asking about checkout. This spoiled are entire experience as we were constantly bothered by the staff to chec out even when check out time was hours away. We did not feel welcomed and are completely disappointed. Did not expect such treatment from a hotel

Stay was comfortable and even the property was clean but the staff somehow lacked hospitality. At the pool, there were no towels and on being requested it took them one hour to bring one towel instead of three towels being asked. Extra bedding was not clean and poor

The stay was excellent and we really liked the room space. The property has huge space to roam around in lush greenery. Very hygienic and spotlessly clean. The breakfast has a wide variety of options to choose from. My only suggestion is to improve on a complimentary fruit basket, they just provided 2 apples as part of it. If you are mentioning it as a fruit basket then it should be assorted.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price

I had one of the worst resort experiences here. The condition of the room was far below expectations—bedsheets were dirty, bathrobes were torn, and the bathtub was clogged and even backfiring water, making it extremely uncomfortable. For a place that charges premium rates, the basic hygiene and maintenance were shockingly poor. The only saving grace was the food, which was genuinely good and well-prepared. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t justify the high cost of the stay. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this resort unless major improvements are made in their housekeeping and room maintenance.

Resort was huge and rooms were lovely but there were few points worth mentioning. Air conditioner and fridge were not working, and no1 came to check even after repetitive complaints. Bathtub was broken, hand shower not working. Buffet breakfast was nice and huge. overall nice experience but some things need to be improved.

Excellent Huge Property. Excellent Huge Room and Very very good Staff. Spa is very very good but slightly expensive. The food was Indianised Spicy Version, which was a slight letdown. Overall Excellent Experience.

it was very mismanaged. at the time of check-in it took 1 hr to get room ready even when almost whole hotel was empty. they provided room on ground floor which seems to be nice choice but at night there was barat for a marriage function in resort. no buffet lunch or dinner option was available
