Good Stay
The location was good...the room we got was comfy..but not as assumed..we looked for balcony with scenery😁..but it's ok.. food was optional...we didn't choose it..guide and transport services are available according to package...I think it's paid...overall stay was good 👍👍👍

Good Stay
Prime location of property.Services are good.No in house facilities for food.You have to go to other places for your food or even tea.I will advise if they could provide food in the hotel itself it will be quite helpful for the traveller more even during this monsoon.Rest everything was nice.overall good stay

Average Stay
Property is at the center of the town. Ease to move to different location. Bathroom is congested. Maintanence to be concentrated as exhaust was not working and health faucet was lying on the floor without hooks.

Very bad experience in my entire life
Don't waste your money and don't spoil your fun mood. very bad service first issue is when we arrived there we didn't get any parking space that they mentioned in the website. then we Wait about 2-3 hrs for getting a Parking space on the side of a road. we booked two of their premium rooms both rooms were unhygienic and very smelly. fan noise was disturbing. shower was not working in both rooms. when we complaint about these issues to them their behaviour was very rude. They said that they can't do anything. The person who were in the cabin was drunk. they have not taken any responsibility for these issues. They spoil our entire trip.

Well Maintained room, could include kettle as default in the room. They provide drinking hot water only on request for free as no kettle in room.

nice place, worth of staying
nice place, friendly room service, perfect location easy to go to all the tourist attraction from the property. if you wake up early outside are perfect for photoshoot with empty road with beautiful background. clean room. I enjoyed the stay. lot of good resturants nearby (especially saravanan bhavan with walkable distance [for tamil tourist] ).

Room not cleaned and there were lot of dust. Very limited parking space. I parked my car outside.
