Had a great stay. The host is very nice and the place has lots of open space giving open view with less buildings around.

The property was clean and comfortable. Hot water was available 24*7. Good location and staff. Pure veg restaurant available at a walking distance.

The rooms were very clean. The staff's behaviour was nice. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Lovely budget hotel for staying in shillong. Police bazar is about 1. 5 km from the hotel.

It was an excellent stay at jessica residency shillong. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all the modern amenities. The food here is delicious and the staffs are very helpful. It has its own large parking place also. It is around 15 mins drive from the police bazaar.

It was a very nice cozy and comfortable stay in jessica residency. The staff was very good and assisted to us in each and every needs and request hope to stay again with jessica residency and last but not least the food was very good and healthy. Keep it up guys from jessica residency

Property is too good. Staff are cooperative and good in behaviour. Though this property is little away from centre point of shillong still it is free from all kind of chaos. Location wise it is good hygiene excellent food service is good

The hotel location is very good near gar i khana on the main road. Parking space is available. Lift for elders, big rooms clean bathrooms with geyser. In house restaurant serves tasty food. Best mid range hotel in shillong.

Excellent facilities and services. One should stay here instead of police bazar. Awesome. But the restaurant should minimize the price in the menu. One piece roti can't cost rs 30. Please look into this matter. Otherwise everything is fine.

Hotel rooms are clean and neat. Staff is polite. Breakfast is good. You can have a nice view of the city from the 5th floor terrace. As such no improvement is required.
