Everything was perfect except that complimentary breakfast was limited that tòo only for the adults. *Illumination is dimmer making the room look much smaller. *The room service was prompt and good

I check in at 10:30 pm and check out 3:00 am just there for 4:30 hours. The worst experience of life, Pathetic hotel, No sign board Hotel on first floor, a narrow stairs. No free drinking water, no towel, dirty bed sheet. Place the dinner order and I go down stairs, and find my food is being packed from street vendor outside hotel. Don't book this hotel.

Not able to find hotel as one has to cross dark staircases to reach the reception of hotel. No windows were not there in room. Very bad food had to go out at 11 pm to have dinner. Towels had foul smell and even ripped off from places. No hooks in wash room means no place to hold clothes. Even complimentary water bottle was not provided. Cannot give even half star. Not safe for family. Even quilts and bed sheets had foul smell.
