The hotel is located centrally and has adequate parking space. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and hot water was available. Staff was courteous and unobtrusive. Restaurant served good food. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Execllent stay. Center of the shivamogga town. Food was great. The room were clean and spacious. Their non veg and bar menu was awesome. Will be returning in next month.

Room rent is very cheap compared to the facilities they provide. But food and bar section is very very costly compared to room rent. Centrally located and i like it very much.

The location of the hotel is very close to the railway station and marketing place. The food in the restaurant in its annex was enjoyable. The room size was quite big enough for two of us. All the facilities including bath and toilet were neat and tidy. The staff were very cordial and helpful. Renovation has been carried out recently. Final say the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Liked the architecture. Though very old building, it has been maintained very well. Food was very tasty. Staff were courteous and service was also good. Sufficient car parking space available.

This hotel was very good. Clean, neatly maintained and friendly staff. They served mineral water as well as complimentary. Parking was available too

Pleasant stay, clean n neat hotel rooms, are spacious with arrangements for dining in as well as reading, and relaxing. Its connected with both veg and non veg restaurants in ground floor, through which room service also offered. Hotel staffs are friendly and coopearative. Also an autostand located infront of hotel helps us in moving out easily

The best hotel to stay in shimoga considering its proximity to city center. Also very convenient as there are 2 restaurants attached with a bar as well. Jewel rock is old but the rooms are renovated and room service is excellent. Clean bathrooms and parking is ample in its availability.

I had seen many in shimoga, first time i felt very homely in real since. It scores in all counts, especially the staff. Only issue is hot water is restricted to morning hours.
