Bed spreads were not clean and hygiene, Toilet was very small, washbasin provided was unusable, No smooth flow in water taps, very expensive also.

Rooms are average but lobby is very poor and breakfast was bad Hotel rooms are average, but location is good, but the thing is ambience is very poor. There is no lobby. Breakfast is very bad. Okay, thank you.

This hotel was a terrible experience. No daily cleaning, dirty bathrooms, and extremely poor hygiene standards. Even after complaint the staff didn’t bother to clean the room Very unprofessional management — I strongly advise against staying here.

I stayed for two days. Parking was very nice and my vehicle is safe. But the room is not clean and bathroom was not cleaned properly. Hope they clear it next time. Thank you makemytrip for booking confirmation and update to date status.

Hotel was pretty below average, could get much better amenities and quality of stay at similar price. Was not satisfied, wouldn't want to visit again.

It was worth it for the price paid, but the bathroom was small, and close to the corporate offices and bus stop.

Pros: Room rate is borderline at par for the location and room quality. Room is basic, a/c and fan working. Good location. Cons: Restaurant as well as cafeteria attached to the property were non operational, could not order tea/coffee or even food from there during the day. No towell provided in the room even after reminding them. Toilet was not unclean but shabby (lots of water stains on walls and bucket). Multiple power supply failures and backup power was delayed by 5-10 minutes each time. Overall rating, 3/5.

Wash rooms not clean. Stained breakfast cutlery. Room had lot of dust on the bed when i checked in.

Following reasons the stay at Jfjve is poor. 1. breakfast without tea/coffee. 2. No cable connection after contacted reception. 3. Toilet flush not working. 4. Rs. 1000 paid as early check in charge. 5. Poor hospitality

Room was nice there was no issues spacious room with hot water and attached bathroom. Only issue was with respect to cleanliness. Bed had stains in it not properly cleaned

Already Food is excellent but room service is bad when call to reception he has responded very 🫩 late.

Rooms were not clean and bought a room freshener myself to manage the stay. The ratings shown here doesn't match with the actual experience. Not a pleasent stay for me.

It is near by old mahabalipuram road OMR, Room are maintained clean and nicely. Comfortable to stay.

Dirty, stained bed sheets and pillow covers, a room filled with mosquitoes, rusted and broken bathroom taps, and no room cleaning—overall, a disappointing and unhygienic stay.

Too many mosquitoes and no proper breakfast in morning same food with limited supply ... housekeeping is polite ...

Liked the location, quite a budget hotel but worth the money spent and would probably visit again. Breakfast was a good spread too
