We stayed here for one day and checked out the next day. The photos in makemytrip do not justify the beauty of this resort and its rooms. I and my husband stayed in executive deluxe room and also saw the other rooms. Trust me, the rooms are beautiful and very well maintained. And the overall standard of the resort is extremely good. The staff behaviour is very good and pleasing. From the time we entered the resort and we checked out, everything was so smooth. We will come back here again and i highly recommend this resort.

It was a lovely experience. The hotel and its ambience is fantastic and the hotel staffs are also very co-operative and well-behaved. The cottages are really very good.

Awesome breakfast and food. We are upgraded to villa rooms which are pretty good. Excellent ambiance of the resort area. Room service is excellent. All the staff are very cooperative. The operation manager and receptions were very friendly, sincere and we'll behave. I will visit this resort during my business trips regularly. All the best. Thanks.

The perfect place, very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the this resort. The resort is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and trams,. I will certainly be back

Resort is beautiful, well maintained. Home service is terribly poor. After several call and request a bottle of water was not provided to my room. During the i have collected drinking water from outside. Food quality is not good. Entire human resource should be trained to teach them hospitality.

Location is 2-3 km from purulia station. The hotel is well maintained and the services are good too. The food was bit overpriced but taste was good.

Good things first. Yes, jharna resort as of today is the best hotel / resort in puruliya town when it comes to vacation and leisurely stays. With pool, excellent food, courteous staff, cottages, rooms, bar, lawn. It's a full package in itself. Food is impressive. Few improvement areas : the property has got a high tension electricity line passing through one of its sides (over the parking lot, which could be a safety hazard. The hotel front desk or management is bit opportunist when it comes to maximizing their revenue. And although cottages are very good and have all the facilities, the size is quite small. For 2+ families, fitting an extra mattress is challenging. Overall, it's a good resort, rather the best in town !
