Property' s location was superb but there's construction of metro going on so roads are not good for now , excellent hospitality , clean rooms , well behaved people

I booked delux room for approx 2000. The room is ok but bathroom not good. Its a very simple room with inadequate fittings. The fan regulator was not working. The ac was substandard with water outlet into floor of bathroom. Bathroom was like a motel with shower not working. It had very small mirror and bad flooring. I checked in at 2355hrs and room was hot and full of mosquotoes. There was no cover, no towel or even handtowel. After informing reception i was given bath towel at 0630hrs. Overall, not worth its charges. Very bad experience.

There was not proprer cleanliness, also they didn't provide complimentary breakfast, and the door lock was missing and it was very unsafe

It was a good experience with jharokha especially the staff always available with polite behaviour 😊

The location was bad. There was metro construction going around. It took us a lot of time to reach. And with great difficulty.

It's a comfortable hotel, clean and good service, staff are friendly, manager talks very polite. I stayed here with nice smiles.

Jharokha banquet hotel have improved a lot from my previous visit.

The owner and the staff are very proficient in their responsibility. It's a comfortable stay from 12th july to 16th july. Regards sumit
