A FAMILY Hotel
I took packages with Breakfast hotel is good with facilities. room is clean, washroom are hygiene. Room service is prompt. Staff is educated and understanding. Breakfast food items need to increase. Overall experience is satisfying for staying with family.

Good Stay
We stayed for one night and the overall stay was very comfortable. Rooms are spacious with all basic amenities. Linen was clean and so were the washrooms. Temple drop and pickup service was quite good.

The staff were quite accomodative, they have respected my ask of late check-out without any extra charges, very happy to see such helpful staff.the rooms are quite neat and worth the price

Need to improve service and parking issue, staff short. dinner is good.....
I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location is good, there are some areas that need serious improvement. The service is quite slow, mainly due to a shortage of staff. Basic requests took longer than expected, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the parking facility is poorly managed and creates inconvenience for guests with vehicles. A hotel of this standard should ensure smoother check-in, faster service, and well-organized parking. If management can focus on hiring more staff and improving parking arrangements, the guest experience will be much better. Overall, an average stay but with scope for improvement.

Poor Stay
The room had a lot of not functioning things and the management wasn’t that corporative and we have to shift rooms even when we were tired. The Resturant staff is also not that great w the request we provide.

It claims 4 star property but tej room was too tiny as well as the dustbin in the washroom was dirty , there was a door adjustment to our room and we could hear lot of noise as if it was a bathroom .

Great Location, Really Good Rooms, Only hot water was unavailable, otherwise all the staff including bell boy to security were all helpful

Poor noisy hotel
No parking space entry to hotel cramped You can not alight at gate 6 stairs to climb not for physicically handicapped Toilet very small with tiny exaust Imp.they have linen made of polyester to same water it's hot in ac and irritating Whole hotel and rooms are having continues sound of kitchen exaust full time.so poor planning View from room is next hotel at * deluxe room also queen bed. Breakfast. Limited menu ac in restaurant not working....so on on on

Decent room size, we stayed in the triple deluxe room. The restaurant was clean and food was super tasty. They have a shuttle to drop and pick up from temple. Kids enjoyed the game room facilities

Average Stay
Nice and clean room, food is average. We had a toddler and had to pay extra for breakfast for one person just so my child can have some food. We checked in at around 11 at night so our welcome drink was also skipped. Only good part is clean room and ride given to and fro from mandir.
