Room was cancel-led before intimating me in last min it's was very bad experience

Receptionist was rude. No proper response. Rooms ok. Not met the expectations and money spent

Bad experience. Hotel guys are cheating & looting the guests. Hotel tariff show different and after booking when guests check in they say different tariff and charge extra. I had pay extra rs 800 to get a room.

2. The hotel extracted extra payment from us that the room we had booked-would not be enough for 2 adults, even though we had clearly booked a room for 2 adults, for around 900 each, for 3 days. Different people at the reception at different times, stated different checkout times, creating chaos. When we said that the communication from their end about rooms was not satisfactory, the person at the reception says that even he is not satisfied with customers like us. I do not understand why we had to pay extra

Jjs hotel staff behaved very bad and harsh. They didn’t provide the room that we booked. Asked to book extra room and extra money. Asked us not to go for booking.

I booked room for two adults and my check in time at 12. 00 pm. I informed hotel i will be checking at 5. 00 pm. I went around 6. 00pm. They asked me to wait fir half an hour to get the room ready. Finally they gave room at 7. 00pm. When i went into room. They have given one bath towel for both the guests. Size if the bed is i also for singel person.

Disappointed in sleepless night at jjs park inn. Room riddled with mosquitos, resulting in bites and no rest. Foul odor from pillowcase triggered headaches. At rs 3500, expected much better quality.

The hotel did not have my booking when i reached there, as rooms were full even though i had paid in advance. The room i upgraded to was not up to mark. The bed was uncomfortable and there were cockroaches everywhere, i must have killed at least 5-6 of them. They even came into the bedsheet and i had to recheck everything before going to sleep. I have taken pictures of them same. Only reason i'm not giving 1 star is because the reception manager man and lady both were very good.

Though the hotel in the heart of the city, the room provided to me was very very small. Room no. 101. According to the payment to you/ hotel, it was not at all worthy.

The rooms were sanitized and the hotel keepers had sanitizer at the entrance. But the major problem is with the type of rooms and the size. The rooms doesn't reflect the same as you see in the picture. These are very small room and definitely not for family of 4. They don't give bedsheets along with the room. Yes your read it right. I asked the bedsheets and the response was "we don't provide the bedsheet sir. We booked for 3 days, and guess what. The receptionist asked me when i am vacating on the very next day and asked me to move my car. This clearly tells you how responsible the hotel management was. There is no proper parking lot btw. If you don't have any other rooms near by, then this can come as a last option. Choose wisely.

We travel-led as grand father, grand mother, mother and child. 4 of us in different age groups. Though the room is crampy, it was neat and clean and comfortable for all of us. Had a blessed stay and felt the presence of almighty.

Terrible surrounding sounds unable to sleep

They don't have food arrangements in the hotel. So I had to go outside the hotel for food. The wifi was not working. The room was not so much spacious. The washroom was clean. The ambience was good. Early check-in was available. The location is convenient as it is near to the bus stand. Yes, I definitely recommend this property to others. Overall it was a nice stay.
