Quality of food, linens, services are very poor. The people who are providing services are not well dressed even. There is no water bottle in room. The tent is in a shabby condition. Cultural programme is very poor compare to other competitor. There is no provision of room heater or other alternate in the chilling weather.

Cooperation from staff, very good quality of food average quality of food, more than required hygiene, average services, good towels are old

Rooms were decent and staffs were good

Hotel location is easy to locate and access. Hotel staff is very warm and treat with good hospitality. We have a small kid who required milk frequently. The resort provided milk every-time that too free of cost. Overall room was spacious, though cleanliness can be improved but it was not unsatisfactory. Overall good experience.

Pathetic tents with no safety and door. Bedsheet, pillow and quilt was smelling very bad.

The location is good, food was fantastic and rooms were clean.

Location was good, food was being prepared fresh, but taste can be better. Loved the musical performance and snacks served. Tent was also good and warm. Bathroom was neat but the cleaning at the bathroom could be improved. No temperature check or sanitization at the check in.

मैं यहाँ अपने पुरे परिवार के साथ रुका।स्टाफ ने अच्छा रेसपोंस दिया।शाम का कार्यक्रम और सफारी लाजवाब रही।शाम के प्रोग्राम में समय समय पर स्नेक्स बेहतरीन था।साथ ही सुबह का नाश्ता और रात का खाना भी अच्छा रहा।कुल मिलाकर यहाँ रुकना अच्छा रहा।आप कोई भी यहाँ रुकते है तो पछताना नही पडेगा।

Located about 45 km away from jaisalmer city, near to seam dessert. Very calm, cool and clean atmosphere. Food is ok in quantity. Can't expect high quality, however at the same time you don't feel to go outside for food. Only problem is hot water. It is available only during morning for limited 1-2 hours. Not available after that. Apart from that camp is good for stay. They also provide facilities of dessert safari, camel riding, night camp fire at camp it self or outside at dunes. My overall experience is good. I can suggest others to stay at this place

Awesome stay, everything was gud they upgraded our tent from luxury tent to villa. Food was good in taste with a huge variety.

This camp is located remote to corner location. Hard to give 1 star at all. Money wasted. U vl find min 30-35 camp better than it. .

Lovely stay at joggan camp. Tent are very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and polite. They organized great cultural events and complimentary camel safari. Jeep safari was great at sandue. Quad bike also great great stay at joggan jaslmer camp

Well located near the dunes, far out enough from jaisalmer with inclusive safaris etc. Also offers cultural show in the evening. Food and drink on sight is of decent quality too. Tents offer a comfortable luxury camping experience with great beds and a good private bathroom too. Most of all staff are very helpful and ensured we had a good stay. Any issues were quickly resolved.

Excellent staff, nice servies, good staff, excellent food, culture evening and social distance is good, clean camp and great manage by camp owner, next visit soon.

No hot water in this season shocking no proper cleaning not a good place to stay

It's good that they have ran the show even if their only 2 families only. Tent needs to temp controlled as there was too cold. Starters should have been better. Overall ok.
