I booked family suite room for 3 members with two beds as mentioned. The room they provided was deluxe room which has only one single bed and the room was congested.

businessStaff was not guest friends to outsiders. I was there for a night, lift was not working, rooms were not according to the photos, bathroom condition was worst, i ask for a towel hotel person didn't gave. Worst experience ever.

There was no proper maintain
familyThe hotel not providing any food iteam even not getting milk for kid. Also no clean activity once you are inside hotel. I stayed two night but they not provided proper service and near hotel you wont get any shop. My experience was horrible. We book 2 room fir 2 days. And paid 14 k.
