The staff was very illiterate and no room service and even no water in private pools he charge me extra 3500 rs more

In Room, private pool was there but it wasn't kept ready for use. we have to ask them to fill it up then they took one hour for this and we have to make them aware, that pool is enough filled and close the water supply. IT'S LIKE WE WERE EMPLOYED THERE. JOLLYWOOD glass Water bottles in room, were not filled with mineral water like Bisleri/Aquafina. It was simple RO water. Rest, property was good except approach road.

in one room AC was not working we have told them 5-7 times but they didn't solved our problem. in one room in washroom one pipe was leaking.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The rooms are extremely overpriced for what they offer. They are very basic, with several missing amenities that you’d expect in this price range. The space lacks the cozy charm shown in the pictures, which feels misleading. One major inconvenience was the absence of basic items like essential medicines—we had to go to the hotel across the street to get them. The one saving grace of this hotel is its location and the stunning views it offers. If you’re solely looking for that, it might be worth considering, but otherwise, it doesn’t live up to expectations.

Property was really nice and the services were also good . Food was according to our taste buds . Overall making a nice mix of stay.

Food is not as per the expectation and food services are very slow. You will have to wait for a long to get your order and even this is not tasteful. Also for kids they have no indoor play area. If you just want to stay for a night its okay else you will find nothing else in the property.

Management so poor services very bad i would never want to come back again. All staff uneducated and no experience

The room was good but the food was very bad. Paneer tikka, hara bhara kabab, both these starters were very bad. And in the vegetable i tried palak paneer, it was also very bad.

This is a very good hotel. The best hotel I have stayed in till date was a luxurious hotel. The food was excellent. The stay here is also very good. The staff also behaves very well and the quality of everything is maintained. I love this hotel.

The property is really amazing in terms of location, safety, cleanliness, maintenance, room size and all the other services. The pool is also very good and the overall vibe is just wonderful
