There is no supply of some basics, towels glasses & jar/flask/kettle soap in bathroom apart from this i am given a room right next to reception (maybe just because i am a make my trip customer )sounds noise all the time in reception area. No nearby shop for tea/coffee. Room boy missing all the time. Instead of waiting for him i went & brought coffee packed to my family in room

Please update this hotels rules and regulations again. They are stopped me and not allowed. I am waiting half hour. So please update hotel rules. Jp park is not allowed unmarried couple

Though full payment was made nine days before check in, when I reached hotel, I was told that no rooms are available. After I expressed my disappointment they arranged alternate room. Though TV was there, the connection was inactive. Only in the evening, TV connection was provided. Also too frequently power outage happened.

The room was dirty, cigarette butt and ash on the window frame and floor. No toiletries and towel. It is just a basic lodge with bed and AC not worth the money

Staff is not friendly. We came hotel around 2 am, their was no soap, no water, no basic amenities to name. Even though we are charged from last day 12 pm as check in time. There were lots of mosquitoes but hotel staff was resistant to provide any mosquito repellent. At 2 am, where can we go and check for same. Also, next day i found better hotel, at better place and with better amenities.
