Poor Stay
Due to some sork going on we were asked of we wanna shift on its other resort and we said yes. Then we were shifted to a resort named arambol lake resort, overall the look was ok, it was smaller than what appear in the photos the host was very rude and was mostly unavailable. Our breakfast was included in it but the breaffast was very bad and it included only one item for the amount they were charging. If ever jp resort ask u to shift due to some reasons i wont recommend it as for the price you will pay it will not be worth it.

Dear guest. Thank you for you visit at JP resort. We are sorry to say that we couldn't provide you the early check in , just because of that you gave us NEGATIVE ratings. At the time of your check at 4 AM you demanded for rooms , we did not have rooms available at that time, all the rooms were occupied. Hope in the near future you wont give any NEGATIVE reviews. whichever RESORT you go. just because you want to check in early.
Best location but worst maintenance. You guys can do better with such staff
groupCottages are very small even for a couple, air conditioning is big negative area, breakfast is disaster no buffet neither you have options. Only thing is pool which is better. This property can be taken care well and they can make good business. Staff are really good and friendly no doubt about it. Wish them good luck in future once they fix problems.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your stay at JP resort, I know your problem about breakfast, however let me clear your problem, we have a budget property, at Rs 2500/ we gave you many options in BREAKFAST, and you had it very happily. You have booked the resort for 4 days and had breakfast for all for days with many options. Sorry to say as our is a BUDGET friendly hotel and we gave you end no of options.
Horrible experience
familyWifi was horrible no mobile network ac was pathetic no fridge no tv no extra bed after booking for 3 people also very few items in the kitchen chicken lollypop was pathetic food was horrible

The food is good but you have to wait for long to receive the order. Stay was awesome neat and clean cottage

One night stay
Towels and water bottle were brought to the rooms only after asking. Ac was not working in one of the rooms. Tv was not working. Swimming pool was not maintained it was all extra chlorine water. Basin tab was broken and inside door handle was missing. Room lock were broken. Breakfast was good

Great stay.
The rooms were clean and bathrooms were spacious. The property has a cool vibe and is beautiful. The staff is extremely hospitable and kind too.

Zero cleanliness
Washrooms were dirty and bed sheets were not fresh. Not at all a pleasant stay. No amenities were provided

A/c was non functional of a room allowed but later care taker arranged for a different room. Overall good.

groupProperty location is nice and near to the beach, staff is also very cooperative. Food is ok, ambience is great.

familyResort is at good location, near to mandrem beach and arambol beach. Amenities to be improved. Breakfast quality - poor (no buffet) almirah in room was of bad quality kettle in room should be provided tv was not working

Review
couple10 mins drive to arambol beach. Parking space inside the resort is very small and leading to double parking. Staff is very prompt, friendly and helpful. Pretty costly for the average room and facilities.

It was ok ok but they are friendly though, rooms are good but one of our has window stuck every-time and lock get stucks sometimes but overall it was good but price was so high.

More than worth for money

Poor Stay
Had booked for 2 nights in jp resort, after first night they had issue with light and asked us to move on their other property 'bliss water resort' which was pathetic. Had power issues which required continuous running of generator for ac to work properly. The staff was turning on and off the generator, specially during the day time, they were unwilling to run it. Had a pathetic experience. Shall never book from mm t again.

E excellent service and delicious food
Really we are enjoyed a lot throughout my trip in this resort and eminities and service also very nice, jp resort location and surrounding are very beautiful, i recommend this jp resort to tourists and please join and enjoy services one more thing is it is very budget friendly also.

A perfect place to find serenity
coupleA wonderful experience of staying in jp resort. Neat and cleaned. Good food, good vibes, and best hospitality provided by the staff. Owner is so friendly. The resort is situated at arambal, north goa. 200 meter walking distance from arambol beach. Maximum numbers of foreigner visit here. I suggest if you are searching for peace and serenity along with fun you can visit this place once. They provide scooty in rent for rs 500 per day through which you can explore all the famous places of goa. The staying was value for money.
