Quality of room service is worst, required improvements in room service and billing should be faster

The service was very poor No proper room service done The toilets were untidy, not cleaned and made ready for the next user. cockroach, long earthworms in the toilet. I received a bed where the bedsheet was not removed. I found the former user's hair on the white bedsheet they used. All I wanted was a clean bathroom and good bed to sleep after my tiring work business trip and this was like a nightmare hotel for me.

Ac not working a bad stay

Bathroom was very dirty. Ac was not working. Room was also not clean. Staff was good however they could not rectify the inherent faults
