Booked ac but given non ac room, room was not clean, no hot water, wurst experiance happened in this hotel.

Rude staff, no facilities at all, unhygienic will never recommend it to anyone, no hot running water etc

As soon as i entered reception guy treated us like worst behavior i ever saw and he gave us a room which was no clean at all and we asked him to change and the other room he gave us was more worst and we left. Worst experience ever mm t look after this and com-tact me asap

Soap, towel facility not available, in comode covers not available, door locking system not proper, bathroom exhost fan not working properly it's too slow.

It was a good experience the rooms were clean and the staff could cooperate every time from room beach also near

Js holliday stay home is very dirty. So we argued, then they arranged prem nivas. That place is good.

we have many issues regarding this room. - first thing they changed our room from js holiday homes to merit resort which is 2km away from the js holiday homes, because they are already sold out before we came. - second thing is our room is so suffocating, and service are to bad they didn’t cleaned yet from 28th january. - third thing is we asked about the laundry services but they said that there is no laundry service then we contact to our make my trip customer care in process of that he contact to hotel management, aport from the laundry services they lied that our check in time is around 9 clock actually our check in time in the merit resort is 11:45am.

Rude behaviour while on arrival, no glass, no water for drinking provided, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, no chairs, no wardrobe. Rooms are nasty.

Just paid the amount, but didn't stay there after visiting. My payment is also not refunded. Just waste of time and money.

The staff is rude. Check in process is hell. The room and washroom are pathetic. The place is dirty.

Location was good service provided by the staff friendly nature helpfull. Near to beach, easy to get breakfast and activities. Beach at walking distance

I stayed in this hotel for three days but did not come for three days to clean any room and the tv was off and the bed was very dirty. No room service was found or there was no drinking water facility in the room

Bedsheets, blankets and pillows are very bad, then all ok
