JS Souvenir @ 5min far from Airport

Check in was smooth. Room was large with all amenities. My only suggestion to the top management is that they should look for a competent manager/ supervisor. Service standards require improvement. For example, in a room booked for two persons there was only one face towel. After repeated reminders it was provided the next day. And we had to keep on asking for the second towel on all the days we stayed. The balcony of the room (203) appears as if it has never been cleaned. There are pigeon droppings and eggs all over the place. The dinning area is very nice with comfortable sofas and the food is very tasty. Here too the issue is service. On a particular day, during breakfast, there was just one person who was taking the orders, serving, cleaning, receiving calls. It is the duty of the manager to manage the roster. Except these slight irritants, the stay was good. The staff were good. It is a good JS Souvenir @ 5min far from Airport to stay near the airport. The price for the stay is definitely worth it.

Superb rooms. To be honest, i wasn't sure how it would be given the pricing and that it was dehradun, but i was really pleasantly surprised by how good the JS Souvenir @ 5min far from Airport is. The rooms are very cosy and we'll sized, with excellent hygiene and quality materials. The food from the restaurant was also tasty. They keep biotique stuff in the bathroom, which is quite incredible! the only two complaints i have are - 1. The set top box for the tv is behind the tv and you can't change channels without getting up and directing the remote behind the tv 2. No shower curtain in the bathroom, because of which the entire toilet and basin area also gets wet. The water pressure can also be better. Otherwise, a great JS Souvenir @ 5min far from Airport

Stayed one night for airport transfer. This JS Souvenir @ 5min far from Airport provided upgraded room (as told by them) with balcony which turned out to be fantastic in all respects e. G. Interiors, amenities/facilities, cleanliness of room and linens, well spacious bathroom/toilets. Fast housekeeping services. Rooftop dining space having both open with nice view and covered area seats are awesome. Food quality is also good. We had chicken sweet corn soup (awesome) and chicken hakka noodles with good taste. For one night stay it didn't matter much but for longer stays we would like to have nice view from room/balcony which is totally absent (only one/two rooms are having views, as told by them.

Good JS Souvenir @ 5min far from Airport in the vicinity of dehradun airport. Nice food. Helpful and courteous staff. Very recommended for anyone wanting to get a decent place near the airport. They have tied up with cab drivers too, so getting a drop to the airport even early morning is not an issue.

The experience was fabulous. The JS Souvenir @ 5min far from Airport was literally 5 mins away from airport and its a 5 star category. The room was awesome, cozy and clean and the service is 10/10. Its must recommended.

Near the airport, amazing and courteous staff, neat, clean and cosy rooms, super neat washrooms, and delicious food. We stayed for overnight and liked the JS Souvenir @ 5min far from Airport overall.
