All sevice and location are very good Good for flight spotting

The apartment is conveniently located but the address mentioned is misleading. Also the contact number was not reachable. There are 3 bedrooms with AC and 2 toilets. Guests can cook food in the kitchen. The guards were prompt in attending to any issues.Overall it was a pleasant stay except for the communication part.

It was an excellent place to stay. People were also very helpful.

The flat is spacious as it's got 3 rooms but with basic amenities and zero service. Caretaker or host don't bother at all. Torn sofas in the lounge and bedding that smells and pillow stinks. It's based in a college accommodation building full of college kids everywhere. Don't recommend this to any family.

The place is very conveniently and centrally located. Facilities provided was great. For once a place was exactly like it was shown in the images. The staff were cooperative and helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Very dirty rooms to start with they were not cleaned asked two days in a row please clean the the room to which all they did was mop the floor which still had so many stains. Breakfast was included which looked so unhygienic

We had the beat time, it’s easy to traveler to beach and shopping areas and also the terrace view is the best to spend crazy nights with the friends. It’s budget friendly and cleanliness is maintained. We love the experience

It's a great location with amazing property. In google you won't find this place saying "juhu getaway with rooftop" rather with varsity by union is the correct name. Total 8 floors are there in the building and 7 floors are for students and just 8th floor is for outsiders. Roof top is just awesome as shown in the pictures. The only draw back there communication at the reception is not good. I paid for breakfast for 7 people but they never inform about the breakfast so i lost that money another thing they never told me about check out time at the time of check in and from morning 11 they start asking for check out.

Location bad, it’s a full time pg and they do rent rooms which are empty, lot of chaos as college students are there. No one will listen to your problems as there will be only one staff in whole premise and he’ll be like “this is not my work, manager is not here please call him” and all there contact numbers are either switched off or not reachable or not responding. That’s the story of this place nothing great. No house keeping in our 5 day stay. No one cares.

Terrible experience, all the amenities they have written are all in bad shape or not there or not working. Breakfast- eat breads only with tea or coffee no other option, kitchen utensils for cooking - not there, microwave oven, kettle - not working. Staff shows some negative attitude all the time. Sometimes toilet will be auto locked n you wont be able to use it.

It was a good experience. Clean and neat. They responded immediately at the reception. One issue was they didn't pick up the phone the day before we arrived. I wanted to confirm the booking, but nobody picked.

Stay was good, we booked 3BHK Apartment. It was spacious, clean and excellent stay. This property has a beautiful rooftop which releases your full day out ( maybe any thing tension, tiredness……) when you spend a hour before sleep.

The location is good and the rooftop amenity is also nice to hangout with family. I stayed for two nights in different flats of 3 rooms. TV was not working in both the flats. Even after multiple requests, they were not able to start it. Kids were disappointed. In one of the room, AC was leaking water. There was no remote to control the temperature. For 7 guests, they have 3 towel, no shower jel was present. When asked, they refused to provide. In 2nd apartment, shower was not even working, door latch was broken. Overall property is good but it is not maintained and very poor service. We wanted to stay more but left because of poor and pathetic response from maintenance staff.
