This basin unit was very disappointing .

pathetic .. disappointed..rotten items served..fishy smell in every item..check in time was not in time .we had to wait a lot. area was dirty. fallen hairs all around

Though it was a short stay but delighted with the food and rooms. It’s neatly maintained, spacious and the lawn is great. Heard the celebrities often visits. So keep an eye on.

The property had nice environment,well maintained. The receptionist as well as all the waiters had really created a friendly environment for us and made our trip really enjoyable even in an off season. The room had a nice view of the forest. All the complaints were taken seriously and acted upon. It was a really nice experience overall.

The resort is not a proper resort it's a type of hotel with compounds. Food is okay okay, not much of an option for vegetarians. Just the plus point is the room is big and the backyard is a jungle view so there are chances to see wildlife.Over all the resort is average to stay.

Dont go by the pictures shown in the hotel’s page...also the food they serve are awful and tasteless..they use one chicken fry for all the recipes

Pleasant stay, good food. Specially for the kids the food was cooked as per their requirement. There is a space where kids can play around.

The property is very close to the Jaldapara forest gate (for madarihat NIC safari). We booked the superior rooms with balcony. The rooms were at the first floor (without lift). Check-in time is at 2 pm. We reached the place at 12.30 but they gave us rooms after 2 pm. Overall, the staff were courteous. Rooms and bathrooms were clean with modern amenities. Food was good but I will suggest stick to North Indian/Chinese only. The continental and Bengali dishes were horrible.

We stayed at jungle book resort for three nights this december. We appreciate the room quality, service, hospitality and the ambience of the hotel. Room has a balcony at the back which looks straight into nature. Quality of food was very good and the breakfast spread was nice.

Our stay at the jungle book resort was very short but top notch in terms of service quality, cleanliness and everything else. The staff of the resort is very well behaved, especially two guys surojit and biplab were very helpful and forthcoming and well mannered. Also in terms of food quality the restaurant at the resort is excellent. They serve delicious food at very cheap prices and also the quantity they serve is more than enough.

The rooms were not at per with the price. Towels should be changed, those were old and harsh. Bathroom should have enough cloth hangers and geyser wasn't wok-ring properly. Rooms were not cleaned dusirng the stay. Dental kit was provided only one which had only toothbrush not toothpaste. Bedsheet had tears. Since it's jungle area so the insects can be excused. Food and service was excellent!

Everything was good. Food, hospitality etc. I feel there should be more space for walk or workout. In buffet there were limited items. If they have limited guest.

Property location was excellent, food was also nice. In fact i liked the resort. The amenities and services were also fine.

Good stay, clean rooms. Very helpful staff. However, there is an option to add more items in breakfast considering the tariff of 5k being charged and no other facilities liking games, swimming pool etc.

I found that jungle book resort by somone but resort was not like resort. Food was so so but amenities property was very poori am unhappy with this deal. Rate also to much.
