This is a superb place to be. The property is clean. From the property location there are other notable places which are near and accessible to travel. The staff is polite. Breakfast is great. An amazing place to be. A must book always

The property is really well situated in Assagao and very close to all the cafés and popular local food places. It’s a bit away from the “North” and touristy Goa but that is probably a blessing. Even if you decide to go there, it’s a 30 minute drive. The property is clean, the rooms are spacious, and it has a very homely vibe. The staff is attentive and friendly, and are there to make life easier. The property is new and it shows in the condition of things. Decent parking space and you may need to leave your keys with the front desk but that’s not a problem. Breakfasts are nice by the pool and overall it’s very relaxing in the chaotic vibe of north Goa. Price wise it’s also fairly competitive and I’d definitely want to stay here again.

It was a beauticians great experience staying at justa casa, we had tasty breakfast experience and soothing relaxing time at the pool. The staff was so friendly and helpful all the time. Looking forward to staying at the hotel in future.

A lovely, quaint hotel located in assagao, with extremely courteous staff. The surroundings are tranquil, and there are many wonderful eateries within a short distance. We had a wonderful stay here, and will be returning very soon!

Justa Casa Frangipani is an absolute recommended stay in Assagao, North Goa. Beautifully constructed and designed property with excellent hospitality by the Manger Sachin and the staffs including Jeethu, Swapnil, Ketan and Suraj. The food was delicious and if you opt for complimentary breakfast, you will not be disappointed. Overall, a great experience. Thank you for making the stay beautiful.

Location, food and hygiene were extremely well looked after. Placed very well in the heart of assagao, the hotel staff including the manager - sachin were kind, thoughtful and always ready to assist with a smile. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will def visit once again

Sachin managed to arrange our cabs to the airport and helped us with the return of the rental car as well. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean and well kept.

We had a pleasant stay their the rooms were fantastic, nice interiors, view is awesome from the room. All restaurants and happening places anjuna, vagator is close by we liked the breakfast very much. Resort has 02 catagory of rooms dlx & suite they have upgarded us on very nominal charges we appreciate that effort from team justa casa frangipani. We had a very cozy time there.
