Excellent Stay
The Rajwadi style elegant resort is spacious, quiet, safe, clean, and serves delicious & authentic food. For the location, I would say a forest within the city. What matters the most in hospitality industries is attitude towards guests and Justa Rajputana team, right from security people, reception, administrative & management team, restaurant team, room service staff and cleaning staff, looked aligned towards achieving the goal of customer delight 😊 This tells about the top managerial skills of Shri Mohindersinghji, who has been managing the Resort in the most righteous possible way. We just loved food, and with the warmth, it was served. Families would love the safety, cleanliness, and food here while couples and youngsters will fall in love with the romantic atmosphere, amenities, and superb location for photos. We are eager to relieve the mesmerizing time we had in Justa Rajputana during this Diwali Holidays.

Poor Stay
Property infrastructure is good, but services are poor. The property staff team is neither bothered of commercial commitments nor focused to customers. Overall not so good experience staying here. Disappointed.

Food quality is not good. service is very poor. Bathroom are not clean and hot water problem is there.

Stressful stay at this property due to MMT package
No welcome drink or cookies Charges for extra bed is exceptionally high due to booking from make my trip. Behaviour of miss kanchan and one morning reception staff is very bad... If we are booked hotel by MMT then they are differently behave,I will never go there... food is very average,no buffet.. Choices are limited... restaurant manager is good...due to mis behaviour of miss kaanchan I was very stressed whole day..

Unhygienic and improper management by staff
I booked a room for my parents and There were flies and mosquitos throughout the passage to their room … no complementery cookies were given on arrival , that too when i called them earlier so that proper arrangements to be done before their arrival , outside my parents room cat was eating a bird Property was beautiful and food was very good The people sitting on the reception were so so cold and distant , no one out there help them to see the complete property and guide them through the property the guards out there were good and cheerful

A Glorified Lodge
Property is just good in the Photos, rest if you actually stay there.. it can be termed as 2* property. Property is way interior from the mine road.. some last mile location, you really need to struggle to find it.. even Google Maps stays confused.. No welcome at the Gate.. or at Reception.. No welcome Drink.. forget about that.. you enter the Reception.. it was smelling so heavily with the Mosquito Spray they did.. it was more than suffocating.. don’t know how they were sitting for the whole day out there.. next you go to the room.. nothing like Heritage.. just ordinary.. good for nothing Lodge like rooms.. opens with way old key locks.. inside the room.. they gave me double bed.. which was actually twin Bed (joined from between) and portrayed as Double Bed.. and if you think this ends here.. don’t be surprised if you find “Kabaadi Sofa” in the room, and A.C unit of early 50’s, barely working.. of course you have Big Rooms.. with dim lights & fans.. but furniture is of that last “Kabaadi Shop” they fixed there.. in the name of Heritage... and don’t be surprised if the Rooms are Smelly.. if you believe at least the bathrooms might be good.. you are really hopeful.. bcoz the smelly towels will truly wake you up from and take you to your nostalgic feeling of old lodges.. now coming to restaurant & food.. highly recommended is keeping some snacks with you OR go out for food.. unless you have good guts to digest leftover food.. and don’t expect service in Restaurant.. finally it would be fun to spend time in Garden.. but don’t even think of trying the Swimming Pool.. no no.. Gutter pool.. having filtered water.. All in All.. there are many options in Udaipur.. if you want to WASTE your money.. this would be more of KiLLING it..! And if you are going just bcoz of the Brand JuSTa.. they have completely Lost it.. so don’t waste your time and money..!
