We found the property on the net and booked it. It was a good experience special thank to the staff chef bhandari for his amazing food, f & b executive mr lal. It was really sweet of mr naveen the gm to spend some time with us, he is an amazing person and a true leader under whose guidance the the whole team works like a family. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Awesome food. We didn’t get a chance to use their spa which i believe is very good. We visited this property for one night only but will definitely stay for more nights next time.

Nice property, excellent and spotlessly clean rooms, good landscaping, situated in serene and tranquil surroundings, very warm and courteous juSTa Rasa Retreat & Spa (Closest Luxury Resort to Neelkanth Temple) staff, super tasty food. Not so near and not too far from laxman jhula. So you can be amid-st serenity with option to visit ganga aarti / rishikesh markets in the evenings. Had a great stay and the bonfire at night just added to the experience

Wow! this is the feeling we carried back home after staying at this amazing and beautiful resort. The hospitality, cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff was great. Their smile was infectious. Some names stand apart gunjan, sangeeta at the desk. Amrish and usman. They made our stay a memorable one. Resort is great, nice food, good option in breakfast, staff (specifically neha) is very co-operative and caring. Provide games - badminton, bat-ball etc. Location is also good - surrounded by mountains. Only roads and last 10-15 mins track to reach juSTa Rasa Retreat & Spa (Closest Luxury Resort to Neelkanth Temple) is not maintained.

The property is good. However, the road leqding to property is broken and the rooms were overpriced considering the service. The breakfast buffet can be organised in a better way as most of the items were made on order and there were very few items in the display. Even the tea and coffee were prepared on order.

Nice property with good relaxing vibes. Staff is very helpful and responsive. Great food and ambiance. Overall a very good experience. Gaurav, suresh and all other staff members were very nice and courteous. Great job!

It was good in terms of hospitality of servers. Much inside main road. Ambience was good. Cons - room size was too small.
