Review Of JVH Hotel

Terrible stay. Mattress were soiled and dirty. Cockroaches were coming out of it.

Check in was smooth and the stay was comfortable. Cozy place to stay put in the city.

I find the property location by Google map. Many hotels for fooding &fasting near about the hotel. Amenities & services are also very good.

Good location, all amenities like food & other services are very good. All staffs behavior are helpful.

Location was good but the rooms are horrible. No towels were provided, TV not working and the water was dripping from the AC once it is kept on 27 and less. Hotel needed a reference id which MakeMyTrip did not send and we were denied entry. after 2 hrs of struggle, issue was resolved. Room was good, no hot water, cold water flow was too low, it took 1 hour to fill the bucket...no dental kit provided. Bad smell of urine in reception area.Will not recommend this at all. Only positive was manager was cooperative to help in resolving the issue.

I recently stayed at JVH and was underwhelmed by the hospitality and cleanliness. Specifically, the toilet facilities were not up to par. The toilet was unhygienic and not well-maintained. The night shift front office staff seemed unresponsive to our concerns., they give us used bath towel and bed sheet also. We booked for 2 days, but early morning bcz of this situations we forced to vecate the premises.
