Review Of JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata

this was our second stay with the marriot...and as always it was great right from the checkin, cleanliness service to check out...each and every staffs were really supportive especially mrs.umme kulsum the front desk manager,gayal and avik at the restaurant,chef rajiv singha and room by saiomnath really put in extra effort to make the stay even more memorable... thanks team marriot for such a lovely stay

It was a good stay but the room photo showed here was different then to what we actually got...........

Good , warm , friendly nature and also the food was to die for specially the Indian section, and also the rooms were clean

Had a comfortable and pleasant stay — the rooms were well-maintained with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout. However, the dinner experience fell short of expectations. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

Front desk staff are very efficient and helpful , especially KULSUM , one of the front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Food is always excellent especially breakfast .Room is nice ,spacios and very clean . Excellent stay ,breakfast and dinner buffet are awesome .Room service and ambience of hotel both are outstanding

it was an amazing stay here at jw marriot enjoyed a lot . marriot staff like kulsum had shown good behaviour and warmth.

I already booked for 3 pax but still i had to pay 1500+ gst for the third person which was jot shown on MakeMyTrip even in the booking voucher it was not written that i need to pay for the third person....this was not expected from MakeMyTrip

I stayed for a day in JW Marriott. This is my first time to this hotel. Stay, food and all the services including travel desk was super helpful and excellent. Experience has been fantastic. hosting team was very helpful right from check in till check out. Overall a tremendous experience. Will visit again for sure when i am visiting Mumbai.

This was my first trip to Kolkata. I stayed in 3-4 different hotels in a span of 1 week. JW Marriott was one. Rooms were awesome, food was excellent, service was Top Notch. I will give 100/100 for the experience i had in JW Marriott

My stay at JW Marriott was truly exceptional. The property’s location is convenient and well-connected. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was outstanding—staff were attentive, polite, and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable with all modern amenities. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety with top-notch quality. The overall hospitality made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this place for both leisure and business stays. Overall, I would rate it a solid 10/10.

Everything starting from the accommodation of an early check-in, complimentary birthday room decorations and cake for my husband's birthday, the stay at Marriott was top notch made even better by the service of all staff. Anamika and Kulsum from the front desk, and Samuel, Debraj and Mohona from JW Kitchen made the stay even mlre comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Overall Good experience ....just the access to the pool was not possible as they want us to wear Lycra material but for staycation no one carries such clothes...

Very well located hotel with excellent city view from the room. The service of staff was very nice and the staff was cooperative though I found the hotel to be a little crowded
