Stay was fine. Billing experience is bad. I would have preferred a full one bill from the hotel for full stay.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in Rome and had a wonderful experience. I booked a Deluxe King Room with a bathtub, and it was everything I hoped for—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. What stood out the most was the quality of the food and the overall ambience of the hotel.

Except for the toilet layout, which lacked privacy due to the WC and bath tub/shower being in one location with only a glass partition, everything was good. We stayed for two nights and had to walk a long distance to the elevator, which could have been avoided by placing additional elevators on the other side of the building.

Stay at JW Marriott is always a pleasure. The staff members are very kind and helpful. Food and ambience are spectacular.

After paying so much money on room, room was not up to the Mark, room service was very slow, not attending call ,we have to call 2 3 times

Everything right from the check in to check out went great and smooth. Mr sudhir the chief chef of k3, ms rajbi the head of housekeeping and mr chandraprakash from housekeeping, mr advait from the serving staff at k3, ms nidhi at the reception, all of these guys had a big role to play in making our entire experience delightfuland comfortable. Will surely keep on coming again and again here.
