I recently stayed at JW Marriott Mussoorie and had a wonderful experience overall. The hospitality was truly outstanding – right from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Since we arrived a little late, they thoughtfully allowed us to enjoy high tea before completing the check-in formalities, which was a very kind gesture.
Our room was beautifully decorated for me and my husband, complete with a cake, which made the stay even more memorable. They also surprised us with complimentary beer, and what touched me the most was their sensitivity and care – offering me hot chocolate and even pads when I was on my period. Such thoughtfulness really sets them apart.
The property itself is lovely, the food overall was quite good, and the entire team made sure we were comfortable at all times.
A few areas where I feel there’s room for improvement: the water/hand sprinkler of the WC had very low pressure, the mini fridge wasn’t functioning as efficiently as expected, the paneer dishes could be better, and I’d suggest enhancing the soup menu for more variety.
That said, these were minor points in an otherwise excellent stay. I would definitely recommend JW Marriott Mussoorie for anyone looking for a mix of luxury, comfort, and truly exceptional hospitality.
