Good location near Station Road

It was not planned to stay in Ranchi but late night got the hotel with good price and liked everything after visit.

Very polite and smart staff to manage things by there own understanding. Very good service.

No warm water is availability

We reached KP Inn at about 10. 30 pm. There was no warm water as the geyser was dysfunctional. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken. The food quality was OK. The bed was not clean enough. The pillow covers looked dirty. The blankets looked unclean and had no covers. There perhaps were bedbugs in the bed because we felt itching throughout the night. Room service was OK.

Nice location food quality was Good, no WiFi working.

Location is very good. Service boy was very good. Only vegetarian food was available which needs to be improved.
We stayed in room, no lift only stairs available, no warm water available, bed sheet and pillow cover looking dirty. Foods need to improve. I think that management is weak.

Location is good. Facilities are not up-to the mark. Thanks for providing early check-in. Price is too high according to room. I choose it only for location as near to railway Station.

First of all thanks MakeMyTrip for fast booking, got the booking confirmation immediately. Staff and hotel location less staffs but very co-operative. Hotel location is very good, walking distance from ranchi railway station. Food- don't like the food, my assumption was i will get punjab type tasty and spicy food. But food was very bad, later i came to know they had ordered from outside since all the staffs were on dial vacation. Room clean it was very clean and they have maintained very nicely. I would recommend if you are looking for a hotel near to railway station. Staff were very nice, friendly and co-operative.

over all it was an average stay. No backup for AC and no room cleaning. Hotel is not providing soap and shampoo. I don't understand how can MakeMyTrip company is listed this hotel. I don't recommend to anybody. Only one thing is good that a lady of front desk was speaking politely.

Enjoyed the stay here. Good services, rooms, and perfect location i.e. ten min walk from station. Great.

Good stay, close to station, nice hospitality, easily accessible to all major places like food, shopping etc.
