Overall good experience to manage the stay due to non availability of other hotels.
The light bulb did not work in bath room on 11th July. It was not replaced by staff in spite of telling them. The room needs more cleanliness. The door mat needs to be clean.

Already included about stay in previous slide. No restaurant, no room service.
Towels wer not cotton, hence not of use. Toilet light switch is no where close to toilet but at the entrance of room. AC condensate water was draining in room, making noise and full room wet. No telephone in room to call reception. Very hard to someone at reception. No hot water supply. No restaurant around this hotel.

No option for food. Only selected items and the taste was worse.
Worst place I have ever stayed paying. No amenities, no telephone to call to reception, air conditioner not working, gave us no water and asked for money if asked to, very unsatisfied with the experience. Bathroom was so dirty that is was unusable. Please do something about it.

Denied check in. After lots of persuasion, offered the room post midnight. The room did not have any water, bathroom lights were fused, stinking washrooms, room size very small- 80 sq-ft max. No hot water, no telephone in the room, linens dirty. Should not be called a hotel, its a C-grade lodge.

Worst hotel ever

Not even basic ammenities provided. No drinking water, no toiletries, under staffed, no lift.
First of all the place is located on highway in between jungle. The room size were too small with sealen over the walls and had that sealen smell as well. Even bathroom was awful and infact there was no room service only. The rooms didnt have phones that could connect us to reception. No drinking water available as well. We had to purchase water bottles that too at high rates. Wouldnt recommend this hotel to my enemies as well.

Two person stay in hotel. Very bad experience in hotel. Only one pillow and one towel for two person. No soap and shampoo. TV was nor working. Many time remind but no response.

Poorest hotel I had ever visited.
Poor quality of everything. No water available for drinking, No extra bed available. No toilet article were provided not even a single towel. They provide that visit is 2.5 km away from the hotel but it was wrong it 8 km away.

I checked in at 11 pm but there was only one person who wasn't the receptionist he woke the receptionist who had consumed alcohol. The next issue is I booked double deluxe room but the room didn't not have any proper lock to lock the room. The room walls weren't at a good condition it didn't have any paints. The location of the hotel is the worst location in Vellore nearby a railway track where the train moves all the night and the street dogs kept howling all night. NOT WORTH FOR PRICE.

MMT should not keep this hotel in their pannel. This will spoil name of MMT . Very far in jangle small hotel zero occupancy. No facility. In room even one fair also not available. Small dirty room. Dirty tiny rest room. No service. For rs. 1900 paid no value for money. In the name of executive deluxe room just small room no chair dirty tiny bath room dirty towel dirty bedsheet In short they are looking mmt
