Nice & Good Hospitality , Service

Great location and helpful staff! But the washroom needs maintenance — geyser leaking, wash basin slightly broken, and one night there was loud music from the nearby building that disturbed our sleep.

Stay was excellent ..especially due to clean premises and property's keen attention on cleanliness. Breakfast has very few items but everything is fresh.Property is in heart location of the city with 1.5 km of good restaurants and tourist place like wards lake etc.

I found this hotel at Make my trip app. Overall it was a nice stay. A little bit costly as per the Room.. and breakfast is awesome buffet service. But no in house kitchen for dinner or lunch. One has to order from an outside restaurant through zomato and swiggy. Police bazar is 13 to 15 min walking from the hotel.. location is good.

Kaizun is near police bazar in a walking distance so its good for shopping and the property is very clean,staff are very friendly And hotel facilities are very good

I recently stayed at Hotel KAIZUN and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The biggest issue was the mattress in the room – it was old, worn out, and completely de-shaped. Sleeping on it was extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up with back pain every morning. For a hotel that charges decent rates, the least one would expect is a proper, supportive mattress. The management really needs to invest in upgrading their rooms and ensuring basic comfort for guests. Until they replace these outdated mattresses, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Stayed at Kaizun Bread & Breakfast for 3 nights — a great mid-budget option in Shillong. Located just 900m from Police Bazar in a quiet area near Raj Bhawan, it offers clean, cozy rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh and simple. A few minor issues like patchy Wi-Fi and narrow access road, but overall a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Recommended for couples and families looking for peaceful yet central accommodation. BPH: A staff member at breakfast time, really sang a song very well.

Booked a room with 2 double beds for 3 people, the room given to us was only a double bedded room. later on they put one extra bed in the room. Service was very good, staff very polite and helpful...

too compact parking space, service is poor and reception is on the top floor making it inaccessible. Good only for single tourists without a personal car and just a backpack.
