Hotel is on good location. It's neat & clean. Hotel staff is nice. Service was good. Wifi internet service was down, so television was not working.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean, room service was good, only issue is break fast is served in room with two items where we cannot choose anything.

My review- room was okay. Hotel lack some amenities like hair dryer. Staff told us that dinner will be available till 11. 30 pm and we call them at 11. 20 to order, but they refused to take orders. Also the restaurant has a bar as well. Too much noise was coming from there even in late night. Noise was even coming into the the closed room. Hotel was not clean also. Reception staff was good though.

Not up to standards

We booked a super deluxe room. The day we checked in, the room was completely overheated and smelled very bad, the washroom was giving a feeling of claustrophobia upon going in. The service was inadequate, house keeping was delayed, one day they even said they won't do it now. Had to ask for every little thing from housekeeping, because default housekeeping is only a single mop on the ground like some college hostel.

It was a very very disappointing stay. They gave me a good room but when i was in the room someone from the staff opened the room from the master key and breached privacy. I complained about it to the hotel manager but no strict action was taken. Apart from it tv was not working and they resolved after complaining to mmt. I would not recommend it since privacy is important.
