I would say my overall experience Was good, management was supportive and polite. Only area where little improvement is required is rooms should be cleaned more properly.

It was my worst experience in last 15 years experience with such kind of booking where there was no house keeping # pathetic rooms, so much stinking, bad ambience, no road towards the hotel, pics of the hotel were not found as shown

The place needs to be given a zero rating. They were taken in such a way that the building looks huge, and in reality, there are only 8 rooms. No lift, no security, no room boy. We had to carry our luggage to the second floor. No facility of restaurant. There were bed bugs in all 3 bedrooms shown to us. On busy weekend also we were the only customers and had to vacate due to sorry state of the property. The managers son was arrogant. The place itself is in secluded place and we feared for our safety and vacated immediately even though we lost around 8500 on 2 days booking.

Worst experience to stay at this place. Rooms and wash rooms are not clean. Manager/ owner is very much rude to talk and not at all cares for customer service or their convenience. Hopefully no one suffers the way i have suffered. The road way to reach hotel is very much mudy and makes u sick.

The images shown does’t resembles actual view of the resort. The rooms were not clean. The extra mattress provided was like. The Swimming pool given had dirty water. Not even thought of going into it. The outside area was full of mud and water logging. No maintenance at all. I am sharing some images to clarify. Low quality towel provided. There was no toilet paper. No hand wash. It’s like maximum 2000 was enough pay for two rooms

The rooms are pathetic. We had booked two delux rooms and paid nearly 7878. Yet we later found out that this price didn't include even a cup of tea. Property is worstly maintained. No hygiene, we had to even shell out 250- per person for using the pool. This hotel is just a money making machine on its own.

The bathroom condition was worse, trash was on bed, washroom pipe was broken , also they were charging extra ₹250 for swimming pool access, which is totally unfair,

We didn't stay there it was terrific experience behaviour of the manager person is worst the roads are block by mud, location mention is wrong, basically property seems to be fake
