The hotel was once upon a time good and fine but now it requires repair which is not done. Location is okay. Food is not available near by.

It's an average hotel to stay, our room was in the ground floor, the room was a bit shabby, on the day of stay, they could not even serve the dinner with an excuse that that refrigerator was not working, and we had to rush to prayagraj junction area after 10 pm in an unknown area.

In the beginning i stuggled a bit to find the location as it is showing wrong place in google maps. But somehow i reached the location with the help of local persons. The stay was quiet good and staffs are also helpful in nature. I had to visit some place where i needed a bit guidance which the staffs helped successfully. Overall it was a good stay.

Rooms are good but lift not working n difficult for senior citizen to climb stairs. Otherwise room was ok

Property is near to prayagraj railway station. If you want to save money, you can stay there. The staff is cooperative and has good behaviour. But the hotel is poorly maintained and has no lift.

They charge extra amount rs 300 for reaching 3 hrs early then 1200. Arrogance staff, i will never come in this hotal again in future. Less cooperative

The room the granted me was not at all satisfactory and after continuous of asking for a room change they didn't grant me the room as i have selected deluxe room so my experience is totally awful not at all recommended
