Review Of KANCHAN KESARI VILLAGE RESORT

It was a very poor experience during my stay. Nobody cared about cleanliness. The bedsheet was very dirty and no blanket was available. Even nobody is available on reception from 11 pm to 11 am.

In this stay food quality is very poor and accommodation is average

Co operative staff & good food. Nice ambience of villas. Need to make them bugs free. A bit renovation required.

Location is the best and food qualityis also best and services quality is poor and water supply poor but all service average. Very good dj dance and all the activities

Very old construction and lot of water activity not working, pool water not cleaned, slides are broken, rooms not clean and towel/bedsheet dirty

Dirty pool water, took 4000 inr for security and deducted 5% at time of checkout, poor room hygiene, staff members poor communication, no parking facilities,

Room was not so neat2 and clean

Service was bad late in breakfast

Guard at the gate is untrained and insensible. We were compelled to get get down in rain and had to carry the luggage up to reception where as there is another get next from there cars can get in but he told we have to get down here only. So first impression was horrible. Bathroom is dirty. Room is shabby. Swimming pool water is unhygienic. Overall cleanliness is missing.

Dry, barren, noisy, adjoining highway traffic. No transport to city
