Rooms were very spacious and beach was only few minutes away walking distance and mr ganguly the owner was so kind and helpful amazing host

In Kapila Beach resort we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay , And the owner wae also very helpful in every aspect, thankyou sir, hopping to visit again soon. The resort is also nearby the beach so with a scooter there we roam in and around the Palolem beach, its a memorable stay in Palolem🤟

It was a highly comfortable stay, clean room and very pleasing host. Large & spacious room with ac, kettle etc along with bathroom utilities. A food menu was available there, which we can order from nearby hotels at an affordable price. You will get a decent meal for the reasonable price. Kapila is good for those traveling as a family, it's not at the beach front but at 5 min walkable distance.

Rooms are quite big and cozy. Maintenance like room cleaning can be improved. Food brought from another hotel is not good. But overall service and behaviour is good.

It was overall a good experience. The owner was really polite and helpful in many ways. The breakfast was also good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is at walking distance. Drawbacks were that the hotel doesnt have its own restaurant and the room service could have been better.

Hotel reception was too far & hidden inside
no phone connection inside & for taking room services we have to come outside & call manager. Sorry because of poor management we have not taken inside pics

Terrible experience

I was at kapila resort for 3 day stay the stay was good, but the checkout experience terrible for me. The checkout timings were 10 -11 am. We had our bus around 6 pm from margoan bus stand so we had spoken with mr. Sanjay ganguly so called (reciopnist, cashier, manager)day before of checkout to extend it till 4 or 5 at what would be the extra charges to be paid? he informed us you can pay 500 bucks and can extend so we were ok with it. During the checkout mr. Sanjay ganguly were not on the receiption his employee/staff memeber was present at the reception so we asked him to call mr. Sanjay to complete the checkout procedure. He had mentioned at this time sir is sleepy you can pay me and can proceed for the checkout. We asked him for the g-pay he mentioned we don’t have please do pay in cash. As discussed we have paid that fellow staff member of the resort 500 rs and checked out as we were getting late for bus. After a hour my husband received a call from sanjay ganguly he started directly yelling at him. I am not sure what kind of ego was hurt-ed. He stated below lines to me -
a. How can you provide cash to the drunker person i have fired him sir, if he is a drunker then how can he has direct access to all the visitors room ?
why was he providing services to us from last 3 days?
why were we not informed about it ?
what about the safety if you don’t trust your own staff members what was doing at the reception in your absence in last 3 days ?
it’s the security concern what if something would have gone wrong with one of us. How can you keep the person as your employee whon you don’t have any trust. He started saying me ‘meri ma ‘ sir i am your daughter’s age with due respect to his age i was talking really nicely with him. He stated me i have 2 properties in goa, i am this i am that bla bla. What we should do of your property, he had forgotten that we were the guest not one of his staff members the way he was speaking. He was not making any sense he was manager there to manage or serve the guests not to count the amount of properties he has to the visitors. Also stating for an extra money at first he was ready to give my money back then he stated for extra 500 rs. Not sure what he actually needed extra money or the ego to be served.

What about my refund voucher. Would like to inform you that the hotel have no proper room no water in bathroom and rude behaviour of receptionist this is happening first time i am vary disappointed with this booking
