This is an honest review after spending only 3-4 hours with my wife and my 8 months old daughter at this property and leaving it after all the loss of 5 days advance payment including food which was not refunded whatsoever not by the owner of the property 'MR. SANKET SAINI' who didn't seem to be anyhow helpful. Now here's the complete review of this property. This so called hotel which I believe should not be considered a 3 star according to me it is not even a 1 star hotel, this hotel is situated at 5. 5 kms on height from mall road which means you cannot get a cab or an auto to roam anywhere in Manali and believe you me I had tried calling so many hotels and cab service to come and pick us up from the property and no one was ready. Now about the cleanliness of the hotel 'This hotel is a complete mess' as there was no cleanliness the flees were flying around and there was a power cut for complete time. The room was smelly and dust was all around, it seems that it's been months the room had been cleaned as no one likes to book this hotel, all the reviews that I had seen before booking this hotel seem to be fake as if the reviews have been written by either owner's friends or from fake id's as nothing seems to be true from any of the reviews, the owner confirmed that this is a 4 year old property, then how come only 14 reviews in 4 years and also all of them positive, something's not right here, it is a request not to fall in this trap as you will also end up in complete loss just like me as I had paid for 5 days including meals in advance, the kitchen was again a mess as when my wife had asked the room service guy for warm water for my daughter who was in the kitchen she accidentally saw the kitchen from inside and it was completely unhygienic and in a bad condition also the guy in the kitchen was cleaning with a extreme dirty cloth, the same moment I decided to leave this property after a loss of complete 5 days advance payment. We had asked the owner to refund some amount as we have to been staying at the property however he was completely unhelpful and said 'NO' straight away and to contact makemytrip only. Also he argued with me that 'who gave me permission to view his kitchen' completely unprofessional approach, makemytrip did somehow tried helping me however it was not much help as they had already transferred the amount in hotel owner's account and the owner had also denied them for the refund. I will suggest all of you not to pay the entire amount in advance as these type of hotel owners thinks that luckily they had got a booking and now they will create empire from some bucks. I consider this loss as a donation. Hence in short do not book this hotel if you want peace of mind specially do not pay in advance as you wont get any refund whatsoever from the owner. And the hotel is a complete mess in every manner and you wont even like to spend a minute at so called Kanya Heights'. Don't fall in reviews trap as all seem to be fake to me. And no one visits this property for which the rooms are a mess and no one maintains the property. Pathetic experience and extreme harassment suffered at this hotel that made my trip somehow un- enjoyably.
