Manager was very good and staff is very well behaved, co-operative and very responsive. The food was very delicious. Over all stay was amazing for us.

It is just beside madla(core) gate of panna. Madla has the best chance of tiger sighting. Try to book your food advance in package. Ala carte foods are expensive as expected inside a forrest area. Veg, non-veg both are available. Staffs are very polite and helping. The ken river view from the balcony is sublime. You can boat there around sunset. Plan for a 2/3 days leisure stay there. Just keep in mind one thing. This is a luxury homestay. It is not a resort or hotel. But this is the best available place to stay here in panna around rs 5000- per night budget.

Property location is good, right next to river, tiger reserve gate etc. Huge property, rooms are good. Best part is very good staff. Extremely hard working and out to meet your every requirement. Mr amol tiwari, manager, is available 24 hrs and goes out of the way to make you happy. Food is well prepared. On the minus side 1, there was no wi fi even though mm t and property advertised it to be there. Tv had only free channels, no ipl channels during ipl fever days. Food was expensive compared with standards of other resorts in the area. The higher management, at owners level, needs to sort out their role and provide basic amenities for the prize they are charging. Overall good experience for 2n/3d, all because of dedication of staff

The location of the property was easily accessible. The surroundings location of the property were peaceful and safe. The staffs were very co-operative and courteous. Overall it was an excellent stay. The property is highly recommended for others.

The resort is in developing stage, food is very nice but the service part is very poor.

however the homestay is located at a pretty good location and riverside. but the room is not good. toilets are unhygienic, and had insects, lizards, and not just that, it had a frog. and the response of hotel staff was sir this happens here.

Irresponsible owner

We booked for two days but they had already rented out our rooms for the first day and forced us to stay at a nearby hotel. We faced severe harassment as we had reached late-evening after 18 hour journey from Kolkata. The owner should be penalized. I wish I had the energy and time to sue him.
