The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a peaceful family getaway. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. A special mention to our host, Sivakumar, whose warm hospitality made our experience truly exceptional. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help — from guiding us with local tips to ensuring every detail was taken care of. His genuine care and friendly nature made us feel right at home.

Misleading description of the property and photos. Filthy place with no attender in the property. Linen were smelling and the night stay was horrible since I checked in at 9.00 and there is no properties around. No towels and toiletries till we ask a couple of times.

Thank you for your feedback. Its our response to reply for your review. The description of the property and photos are uploaded after proper verification by Make my trip. The property is neat and clean with washed linen,Blanckets. Resort is located 2 kms from city centre and also there are nearly 8 properties located nearby. In the resort 1 caretaker and 1 cook is available for service. Toiletries are provided to the rooms as mentioned. The actual scenario happened was you people checked in late night arround 9.30 pm and had dinner at the resort. As you mentioned there is no caretaker,how you checked in to the rooms and had dinner without caretaker. Due to heavy rain on the day, you people are totally wet, that makes you feel like place are flinth and linen were smell. As there are 2 Persons staying at the resort and nearby 8 properties located, You mentioned it as horrible stay (Its a peaceful mountain view place without any noise and pollution) At late night also our caretaker had provided extra 6 Towels,6 Brushes & paste for you people. we wont provide soap and shampoo as default we have dispenser in Bathroom for shampoo and soap Kindly think before leaving wrong review.

Food: Affordable with tasty homemade food Available Breakfast: Idli, poori Lunch: Chicken briyani, veg meals, chicken gravy Dinner: Parota chappathi, paneer gravy, chicken 65 safety: 100% Safety for family Owner Shiva's humble person's hospitality was great.

we group of 10 members including kids and senior citizens stayed here for 2 nights.. Had a great stay with family..
