Good for all, especially to those who are looking for budgetary stays at varanasi. Rooms are clean, staff was very polite and excellent hospitality from all. Near to the main market and easily accessible to all locations with less than 15 mins of walk.

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the security guards. However, there is room for improvement in the quality of service provided by the staff.

The hotel is new, maintenance is good manager and other staff are polite the only challenge is that it's located in a very small lane where the car won't go near the hotel, you need to walk for approximately 100 mts with luggage it's hard and not a user friendly location for wheel chair people

1. Hotel is not reachable by car or auto as it is located in a very small lane which is not accessible 2. Room is very small 3. Fan is making lot of noise 4. Plumbing issues in bathroom. 5. Bathroom door lock is broken 6. Not worth the money for the room 7. Bathroom is not clean when we checked in

Even with rooms available in the other floors, room provided to me on ground floor and rooms were sold on spot to other customer and me bring mmt customer who made advance payment was taken for granted. Location of the hotel also not good, inside a small lane but near from temple. Services also not proactive and can be better.

Terrible entry in a damp dirty small lane full of monkeys, no food service, service quality and understanding of customer terrible support to reach hotel
