Review Of Kassal Heights

My experience was really amazing. I loved to stay at kasal heights. My stay at Hotel Kasal Heights was excellent! The rooms were clean and cozy, staff were friendly, food was delicious, and the mountain views were breathtaking. A truly relaxing, memorable experience!

location is nice.. service is not so good... basic things like sleepers , soap , electric kettle is not provided in the room

Property was not that good

no wifi, no electricity, no charging point, toilet facilities are not good, flies were everywhere in the room. a lot of stairs, parking is not available.

Good service and staff behaviour is also good. And hotel forest view is also good.

The location was good, the food was okay, the issue we faced: there was no continuous water supply in our rooms, the mattress was not cleaned overall we will not recommend this hotel.

Toilet condition was terrible, no basic toiletries, geezer not working in winter condition, no heater provided, bed wa slightly broken and room had odour. Bedsheets were dirty and damp. Hotel manager did not keep to his word for me to seek my refund and kept pushing the matter until i am now out of india and still struggling to get my refund for my unused stay. Never stay in kassal heights!

I have booked my room, one room and four bads shone but only one double bed provided by hotel

The manager was irresponsible. There is no proper room service at all. There is no water heater facilities for hot water, there is no safe drinking water, there is no room heater, tv is not in working condition, food was served in a dirty plates. My kids got fever due to un safe stay at this place. I requested for at least extra blankets if room heater was not available. They provided an old dirty smells badly a bed. It was total waste of money

Mossam ke hisab se suvidha nhi hai. Room me na towel, na sope, na blower, na pine ka pani, bathroom ke tap se ganda kala pani aata hai sirf geyser ka pani saaaf tha owner jagdish singh rajpoot ka jhuth bona blower hai abhi dete hain, electric blanket abhi bhejta hu puri rat guzar gai but kuch nhi mila 28, 29, 30 date ki booking thi ek rat jaise taise nikal ke subah 29/12/2024 11:30 room shod ke nikalna pda

Hotel is in extremely remote place hotel has only 1 staff menu is also not that good nonveg is extremely expensive

The manager no sense of humor how to deal with customer the talking sense rude they pretend to be something esle i request you to never list these kind of hotels who are not educated enough

Stay is awesome, host picked us from the main road to the hotel was commendable, the food is also good and they never denied for anything what we demand, late and early check in check out also allowed, hotel is made of wood, in this price they deserve the 5 star for their mountain view hotel in patni top. #peace #soothing #recommended

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff was cooperative and understanding. Helped us in arranging cab and bus to udhampur. The owner was always there for us. However, continuously faced issue with the wifi, they arranged different wifi but even that was not working properly. Food taste was not upto the mark.

Very good stay at kassal heights patnitop near rope way view mountain and need and clean rooms staff very helpful.
