Location was in pleasant location commute is easy from railway station and we can get / easily find tuk-tuk or auto nearby. Never felt like staying in a homestay felt like it’s our home and owner sang-ram is kind person and his family is so cooperative aswell who stay in first floor only. Overall my family felt awesome hence my rating is 5 out of 5. One thing to remember is to book early to get right discounts. Thanks

It's a perfect getaway for families and friends, the rooms and bathroom were clean. In addition we had a kitchen, nice balcony and nice terrace all for us. The host (sangram uncle) is happy to help and will ensure your stay is great.

Mr. Sang-ram the house owner is very good person polite and humble. The location is nearby only. Puri railway station is walkable distance only. Family, friends and groups can stay.

We had an excellent 3-night stay at kaushalya home stay in puri. The stay was beyond excellent and here are the reviews for our stay: 1. Spacious accommodation: we were a group of six, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group size. 2. Great hospitality: the hosts were extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. 3. Clean and well-maintained: the entire property, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and well-maintained. 4. Homely atmosphere: we loved the homely feel of the stay, with the warmth and personal touch that larger hotels often miss. 5. Convenient location: the homestay is located close to all major attractions in puri, making it easy to explore the city. 6. Delicious home-cooked food: the owner also hosted lunch for us, it was very hearty. 7. Peaceful environment: the area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. 8. Value for money: for the quality of service and accommodation, it was great value for money. 9. Excellent place for family to stay. We visited for Rathyatra and The Host Mr Sangram helped in all ways possible. Rooms are much clean, bathrooms are ok. Overall stay is excellent. JAI SWAMI JAGANNATH.

Great hospitality. Spacious room. Spacious bathroom. Clean toilet bathroom. Ac functioning. Near puri beach. Nice owner offered us food when it was too late to go out and eat something outside. Overall an amazing experience

My family of seven from indore (mp) visited puri for a three-day trip. Initially, i was skeptical about the location and arrangements. However, it turned out to be a very comfortable and delightful stay. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless, clean, and orderly. The owner was available around the clock and welcomed and treated my family very well. The stay, arrangements, and hospitality exceeded expectations and were worth every penny. P. S. There is a beach a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Very well located homestay, about a 5 minute walk from the station and 10 minute walk from the beach. It's a fairly new homestay, and what i liked about it was it's cleanliness and lighting (well-lit. The owner is very friendly, cooperative, and above all, considerate. Would love to stay there on our next visit too.

1-the location of the property is very nice near to golden beach walkable distance of 5 mints & near to station 2- the rooms are exactly the same shown as the picture spacious big & so neat & clean its like your 2nd home u feel like date 3- most important the ower is sooo good so humble every time ready to help u give u his best in everymanner infact he offer every-time tea & food my parents didnt feel like hes a starnger to them hes just like a faimly member he takes care of very well soo next time whenever we visit to puri we definatly book dis property this is the best homestay i cud say date

We were a bunch of friends from chennai, who spoke very broken hindi, on our first trip to odisha. We had spent a day visiting the ancient temples of bhubaneshwar, and we were on our way to puri. We were exhausted and thirsty, and the tea we had tasted on the road was awful. I had booked a home stay for us in puri, and i was nervous that i might have ruined the trip for my friends. But then, the owner of kaushalya home stay called us, enquired about our travel, gave us few inputs to reach the place and said he and his family were expecting us with a hot cup of tea for each of us. His words gave us the energy we required after a tiring day. He and his family greeted us with a warm smile and a fragrant masala chai, and took us to our rooms, which were big, clean, and cozy. He also helped us plan our temple visits and told us where to find the best beach in puri. He made us feel at home in a strange land, where we didn’t speak the language. He was more than a host, he was a friend. Our stay at puri was the most memorable part of our trip, thanks to him. I would recommend kaushalya home stay to anyone who wants a safe, comfortable, and affordable stay with a touch of love.

Our stay at kausalya homestay was truly delightful. The room was spacious and clean. The warm and friendly nature of the host made us feel instantly welcome.
